The truck smelled like smoke and the seats/cabin part was dirty. Driver door wouldn't shut unless you slammed it shut.

Douglas P.I reserved a 26 foot truck two weeks before my move and a day before my move day they called me saying it was giving to another person. So I reserved another truck , this time a 20 foot truck because they didn't have any 26 foot truck . The next time I went to go pick the 20 foot truck and it was given to someone else . They only had a 10 foot truck . So a 2 hours job turned to a 7 hour job and I was overcharged for this truck . This is the worse moving experience I've had in my life . The people there should be fired . This was on brookhurst and ball at the Goodyear location . I will never rent another haul from here .
