The truck reeked of urine, there was trash, and all the components were sticky. I dropped off my truck about 12:30am in the early morning, it was pitch black, and I accidentally left my expensive gallon water bottle and airpod holder in truck. I called and left a message around 1:15am advising that I accidentally left my water bottle and airpod holder in truck and that I would be back in the morning during regular hours to pick up. I called again at 8am, 8:30am, and 9:15am with no answer and no response. I was able to make it to the shop at ~12:15 and the receptionist said they hadn't heard the messages, the truck was already checked out, and they would call the current renter and that I should try to come by tomorrow and they might be there. By saying that, it only confirmed the truck wasn't cleaned otherwise both would have been easily observed.GABRIEL M.

I did not have a problem with this location except that it was a long drive from where I needed the truck to be. I did have a problem with the whole U Haul system. Especially your online presence. I did not appreciate finding out the day before truck pick up that I was going to have to drive 80 miles round trip to get it. The message did not actually come through until 4 am that morning, but I had had so many struggles with the system, I had gone in person to the store in Denver to make sure all my reservations were in place, and the agent there told me.Arana H.

The facility was dirty, I waited ten minutes inside and finally walked around the side to ask for help and was told â€œshe is probably back inside by nowâ€. Then I was charged a $25 fee for gas. She said it was half. It was above half and needed to be at 5/8. I'm sorry there is no line at 5/8 and the gas gauge was reading in between half (4/8) and three fourths (6/8), which is 5/8. If you are gonna be that nitpicking then get a gas guard with a line at 5/8.Carol Y.

Make checking in after hours easier. When the app doesn't allow you to enter the info you request, pics, location etc. and you charge an extra day because you also didn't listen to the voice message left in the same day the trailer was returned. Questional policy follow up!GUILLERMO G.

Your online rental return application needs works. I have rented several trucks and trailers this year and never been able to successfully complete the return process. It always gets stuck on the page where you add a picture of the rental even though i have made all necessary selections (the â€œContinueâ€ option remains greyed out). The rep was friendly. Fasted pick up ever. Too fast, he didnt do a walk around. Truck cab smelled of pot, back of 26 foot was filthy. After I got home, and had movers on the clock at $200 per hour, we realized the ramp was off track. The trucks front end was so shaky, it was violent. And there was a burnt out reverse light. I will be asking for a partial refund. It too is 30 minutes to fix the ramp, at $50 an hour per 30 min. Yes, I called the location to ask for help.Tanner T.

My original contract was for pickup at 2269 manatt ct. When I arrived at 7:00 I was informed my pickup had been moved to 7:30 , as the trailer was not in yet. Around 7:30 I was informed they could not contact the party that was to return trailer, but had moved my contract to 543 s.Gilbert st., where there was a trailer. However, that office did not open until 8:00. The office at Gilbert was very short staffed, but got me hooked up in good time. I was to have until 7:00 pm to return the trailer, however when I returned the trailer at around 4:30pm the office had closed. As a result I was charged the after hour drop off charge of $ 20.00. When I set up my order, I'd requested a dozen furniture pads and a dolly. I didn't realize until I got home and opened the back of the truck that they weren't in the truck. I called the store and left a message to let them know so that I wouldn't get charged. No one returned my call and I was charged anyway. Furthermore, on Monday, 2/14 after getting my receipt and realizing I was charged, I emailed the store listed on the receipt asking to be credited and for contact confirming the credit (an apology wouldn't have hurt as well). No response. I followed up again via email on Tuesday, 2/15 again requesting for a credit and for contact confirming this. Still no contact. Does anyone check the voicemail or email at this location? Now cause the guy wasn't there to verify to gas gauge I have to go with what he says about the fuel. $60 fuel fees for what in my opinion was right on. I have used this location before but feel that UHaul locations in general are not taking a good look at the trucks after they're turned in. Often, the back and passenger areas have not been cleaned out by the previous renter or personnel at the location. I had to point out a lot of damage to the truck which hadn't been noted.ann L.
