The attendant noted in her comments that the fuel return level was above the required amount (1/4 tank) but make a mistake when indicating on the chart to show 1/8 tank. This resulted in a $30 fueling fee + $36 fuel charge. I returned to the location a few minutes later to report the mistake and she contacted U-Haul 'traffic' to have the matter reversed. She then indicated that U-Haul would take care of this soon. She also admitted that they had not added any fuel to the truck before renting to the next customer (same mileage out as my contract milage in). I returned to this business a week later to see why the matter had not been resolved and the charge reversed. I believe this is a scam perpetrated by both U-Haul and this franchise on unsuspecting customers. I have since disputed the additional charge on my credit card.ROBERT H.

The woman at the main desk was very nice and patient. I was waiting in line behind another customer, and she offered to take the truck key I was returning to try to help me get moving. When I said I'd prefer to wait and discuss some items, she was very polite and didn't insist. I'm glad she was patient as we went over the truck I was returning, because there were several issues with my contract from the original pickup location, and she went through everything with me, including damage that was not notated, and incorrectly documented mileage. Place is in need of significant work to get to U-Haul reputation. when I booked, I was given a choice of this location or a place in Parker. When they did not have enough moving blankets, they directed us to a U-Haul place a mile away. This place was clean and nice. Why did this place not come up on original booking effort?John S.
This location was a Godsend at the risk of sounding as though I'm dispensing hyperbole. I was on a deadline, had a grossly inferior truck already rented from another location, and had been on hold with "1-800-GO-U-HAUL" for roughly an hour in an attempt to get authorization for a new truck. Having not been able to reach anyone at "corporate" (customer service) even via the online chat, and having run out of time to continue working on an authorization, they efficiently and with all due expedience processed a NEW rental for me and had me on my way. My only regret in dealing with these wonderful folks was that I neglected to get names! The young man, and the woman (manager?) who worked with me were incredible kind, understanding, and willing to work with me (i.e. leaving the inferior truck with them to be dealt with by roadside assistance at a later point). This location may have single-handedly saved U-Haul a future customer and personal recommendations from said customer.TROY R.

Reserved 15ft truck and facility only had a 10ft to offer. I asked about the 20ft in their inventory and they said that was for someone else. The customer in line just ahead of me and myself had to run to a store to buy things to hook-up. The longer chain that connected the table on the car dolly to the center beam had the connection hook missing. I put a padlock on it but the padlock broke as soon as I made a turn. The ceiling in the building needs repaired and there is no place to sit as I waited in line for at least 15 minutes. The staff person wanted to help but was not trained.Terry K.

I used the 24hr service pickup/dropoff via app and everything worked outside getting my keys. The step to unlock lockbox did not work. I had to track down someone to help and added another 15min to pickup process. However once I did receive help for getting my keys, very friendly and apologetic.
