Easy drop off after hours. No problem.
DAVID HBooked a 5x8 enclosed trailer. A couple days before pick-up I was informed that the trailer could be picked up 2 hours away from where I live. Why would I want to drive 4 hrs to pick up what was agreed upon weeks before? If there was an alternative to Uhual in my area, I'd give them my business. This is not the pickup locations fault. Asked if any other equipment was available and received a 4x8 that was very dirty when picked up.
Gordon WI disappointed with the vehicle, That truck need a wheel alignment, Because i tired so much but truck steering everytime goes on right side.
Nihal MJust double check connectors. The brake release and safety chains were also getting too worn.

Shauna Wi was unable to return the trailer on the expected day because of a winter storm. I talked to my drop off location & told them of my situation and they said I could bring the trailer back the next day , with no mention of additional charges. When I dropped the trailer off I was billed an extra $33.60. Winter storms happen & I don't it's appropriate for U haul to profit from bad weather. So much for customer service!
Jim AFriendly and experienced staff. Was a pleasure to deal with this location. The trailer was in excellent condition and returned in the same condition. Return process with self checkin worked excellent.
Brian STrailer tire blew out and were instructed by U-Haul to leave trailer at blow out location. Trailer was towed to this location and they charged us a $400 wrong location fee. Said there’s nothing they can do about it… how can we tow a trailer with a blown tire 250 KM back to the original rental location???? Going to the media if U-Haul does not refund the charge.

Mary RWhen costumer leaves a tank half full and, you claim it's a quarter tank, charge them on top of the overcharge of gas due your companies failure to hold booking. It leaves a sour taste in their mouths Will never use your service again And be reminded you offer a service.
Gerard HThe wheel strap on the curb side (right side looking forward) released itself twice. It had excellent tension initially but it released itself when traveling on bumpy Saskatchewan roads. Highway 35 in Saskatchewan near Qu’appelle was so bad that we travelled at 40 kph.
Mike WWindshield washer fluid was very low which could hamper visibility. Employee was courteous and made an effort to accommodate my needs. Could you coordinate with other locations to leave the vehicle?
Hernan FThe only issue I had was that I booked the U-haul online in Kilometers and when I went to get it I was told I would be paying in miles. We are in a Metric country. I see no need to be seeing metric onsite and imperial when paying.

ifreke iBetter communication between the national call center / reservations and the local dealer. Our reservation date was not changed after speaking with the Winnipeg agent. We were not informed we would need a 2" ball hitch and 4 pin wiring adapter. We tow a 22ft RV travel trailer, with uses a larger ball hitch and 7 pin receiver.
richard eThe location itself and staff were great. The website booking was annoying. I didn't like all of the upsells and was really annoyed that there were things like moving dollys automatically added to my cart.

Edward CMade a reservation and the store called and said we had to come pick up early cause they were closing early. Didn’t even make it halfway home with the trailer before getting pulled over because the taillights weren’t working. (Plugged into a different trailer and confirmed the issue wasn’t with our vehicle)

Renai CI have used Uhaul twice in the last year. BOTH TIMES HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE. When i had asked about a trailer it was to be in Brandon Mb. Somewhere it got lost and ended up driving to Shoal Lake to finally get a trailer. This time the truck was to be in Winkler MB. I had no word that it wasnt so drove 5 hrs from Estevan Sk. to pick it up only to find that there was no truck there. I got lied to that the truck broke down and was out of service and a few more excuses. Finally after getting ahold of someone to help , found another one about an hr away at another uhaul location. Picked it up. When i picked it up the gas guage said there was 32 miles till empty so i put $160 in it then went and did the move then when i got to Brandon i found out i need to pay more because there was less gas than when i picked it up. Itr said 90 miles to empty. The big thing was they took the time to check out the truck. The people in Altona had no clue what was in the truck. THere is no reimbursement for the extra miles i had to travel to get either of these units . I paid full price for each of these units and nothing in return only having to add another $28 for gas in the Truck. The poor service from you guys just keeps going on because you have no competition so you can just keep carrying on with your oor customer service. The caring outlets are great to deal with but the others are just using \|Uhaul as a money grab and dont have any concern for the people or the units. I am very sick of your so called helping you out to make your rental a pleasant one. I hope i am done with ever having to use you and i hope other people can find better options than using your service , as poor as it is . Thanks but no thanks Ron Foote. BienfaIt Saskatchewan

brett kHad rental booked about 6 weeks in advance & day before was supposed to pick up truck was notified not available & could pick up in 2 days 140 km away.This is terrible service as people need to move on day booked.Was able to book different truck for the day at later time.Was very stressful for me & one person we talked to was very rude.

frank fInterior of truck was filthy. Inside edge of passenger side tire was worn bald likely due to a wheel alignment issue. Exterior of truck was covered in bugs. Wiper blades were worn out and awful.
Kevin DYou can improve your service by not arbitrarily changing the pickup location the day before and expecting your customers to travel 40 extra miles each way to pick up the equipment. When I book a certain truck at a certain location and I’m told it will be there at the time of booking and then it is changed, that is very poor customer service! Come on UHAUL - you need to do better than that!
tom dThe service and truck were great, but I wished I had some cleaning supplies for the cab as it didn't seem to have been cleaned. We ended up not hauling anything with the truck but I would rent one again from this location cheerfully.
Rosialnd kThe app/website needs fixed I assume you have heard this many times. Both simply do not work as they are supposed to and the general manager at the drop off location obviously has issues a lot with this as they often do returns on behalf of customers like myself who could not return via app or website.
