Jerry GThere was a problem with the U-Haul system when they were generating my return on the vehicle. It said I went over on the mileage so I paid it. Then we received a call from them saying there was an error and they needed to refund what I had just paid. When we returned to get the payment refunded it wouldn’t go back on the card that it was paid by, they also had to enter the credit card on file before it accepted to refund the money. The staff were very polite and apologetic for the confusion.

Amanda DRun a can of seafoam through the fuel tank in all your engines. The one I had ran rough and the engine light came on while driving. Poor performance and mileage. Seafoam is an inexpensive “tune-up in a can!” I promise all your engines will run smooth and get better mileage for $15 a vehicle

Scott VEstimated fees were off by roughly 250$, most people who are using a UHaul to move probably dont want an unexpected 250$ they have to spend that wasn't accounted for.
CLINTON KLock was stuck couldn’t open and this uhaul removed lock so contents truck could be loaded at storage location. Thankyou
Richard SRude employees, treated me like shit and worst of all disrespected me and my family. Told me the opposite from what the other uhaul guys told me. If i knew i couldnt get a refund for the 4 days that i didnt need the trailer for, I would have never rented one. I would have baught one. I spend nearly $900 Fucking dollars, I could have baught myself a trailer. Why do you guys make empty promises, (Move and save?) You should rly delete that lie from your websites because its more like move and loose money and time. Awful experience. No one ever treated me this bad except for Uhaul. waisted time and money.

KENT NThe guys at Advantage auto and trailer are excellent. I had a uhaul reservation with little chiefs uhaul in Brandon, and they weren't able to help me. Advantage was able to get me on the road in time for my appointment. Will only be booking with Advantage Auto and Trailer in the future!

DARREN HI booked the van in Winnipeg 3 weeks before pick up time and i was asked to pickup from Brandon in less than 24 hours before my trip. I was literally punished and wasted my resources and time during the trip to Brandon. On getting to Brandon, I realized there a multiple vehicles of the same size in Winnipeg.

Gerry PI booked to use for one day and then I was made to book for another day pay extra and rearrange my schedule to pick up. Not happy with doing that. If I had to pick up I should have not had to pay extra for the trailer and extra taxes.
