Andrew CThis place is smaller than the place where I rented the truck (see above), which has billions of them hopping around. If you intend to hire a truck from them, make your reservations a decent interval ahead of time. I can't believe I've filled out a product/service review. Someone put my psychiatrist on danger money.

David KThe truck could have been cleaner; the windshield was filthy. The truck was starting slowly. It was parked so close to the building that I could not get a picture of the driver side. The manager should change signs on where to park. The signage clearly states to park cars in front of the building or to the left of the building. I was criticized for parking to the left even though all the signage notes that was appropriate. I found that to be rude and unfair.

Thomas MI highly recommend this Advantage Automobile Investments location for convenience, large inventory and clean, well-maintained U-Haul cargo trucks/vans. Each team members deserves an A++ for excellent service, courtesy, and willingness to go the extra mile!! I spoke to three different people (not an AI bot!) on different days and every person was very helpful. During the busiest season of the year -- Fall college move-ins -- we received an unexpected last minute change by an unscrupulous realtor who advanced the move-out date for our son's apartment. The U-Haul staff checked their availability, quickly arranged to reserve a new van on the new date, then cancelled the original contract and emailed everything to me within 5 minutes! My problem was quickly resolved! My thanks to you all!

Gretchen GThis is my preferred site for U-Haul rentals. There was an issue with the payment. I had reserved the U-Haul and they charged my credit card $147.02. it wasn't pending. It was a complete charge. So when I went to go pick up the U-Haul they wanted another deposit and I told him they already billed my credit card. They said it was a hold and I said no it was completely billed. I showed them so somebody else that was with me actually put the deposit on their credit card and to our Surprise that was billed & charged as well for the total which was less than $60, but here I still have the charge on my credit card. .

When our reservation got moved to an inconvenient location because of a shortage of trailers, she went the extra mile to find a trailer and request her management to have it re-located to their location for me. Cosmetically, the trailer looked a little rough, but the tires were and hitch were in excellent condition...which are the important parts.

CAMERON REquipment was clean but the trailer was banging around the whole trip unless it was full of furniture. Are there any shocks on these trailers? Maybe better tires?
