I did an online/virtual drop off, as it was a Sunday and the location was closed. All seemed to go well with the drop off/photo upload, etc. However, I never received any notification on Monday or Tuesday that my drop off was successfully received and that my final billing was complete. I'm left a little concerned that something didn't go right.
