I returned equipment on time However was reported as though I had not then got emails saying I had stole the trailer. Made calls to get things straightened out and nobody at uhaul or the place I rented it from seemed in a hurry to get everything straight. This all happened over the weekend I returned the equipment on Wednesday got a receipt on Monday. No call saying I no longer are suspected of stealing a piece of uhaul equipment.Robert B.

I put in a reservation to pick up a truck in Tuscaloosa on Saturday June 26. On Friday June 25 I was called and told that there was not a truck available within 50 miles of Tuscaloosa . Imagine my surprise to this information when I had moving helpers lined up for Saturday afternoon , I thought when you made a reservation you were guaranteed a truck. I had to drive to Hartselle Alabama to get a truck round trip almost 4 hours that I had not planned on Glad I did get a truck The lady at the Hartselle location was very nice and accommodating and shocked that I had to travel that far for a truck Overall, the experience was fine except for having to drive to Hartselle Alabama for a truck .Kathy W.

Avoid this location!!!!!! Close your contract with this location immediately!!!! Unable to return equipment due to the location closing more than two hours early than the posted time. I even contacted them to verify that they would be available for drop off. Upon arrival another customer was trying to pick up a rental,he had just spoken with them and they said they would have his rental ready... really???. Well I have used haul in the past and it's been a very good experience, this is the first one that I ever used that don't hook the equipment up you and make sure everything is good before you leave, that's what I'm use too, I was caught off guard when that didn't happened, maybe that's how this one do business,but I only went to them because I didnt feel like driving all the way to Decatur and this was close and convenient for me for what I had to do,now that I know that's how they operate I guess it's ok,maybe they should put up signs saying that you have to hook up what you rent and lower the price.Delshon B.
