I rented a uhaul on Sunday Feb 3, 2024 and was told to drop the key in the drop box the next day on Sunday when I was done. I did not even have the uhaul a full 24 hours and I got charged for 4 days of use. I contacted Aegis and they were quick to tell me they were not at fault and I would have to contact uhaul. Uhaul contacted them and opened a claim and they still have yet to respond to fix the issue.. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION TO RENT A UHAUL UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR EXTRA DAYS THAT YOU DONT USE IT! 0/10 stars…. HIGHLY URGE YOU TO FIND A DIFFERENT UHAUL DEALER.

I rented an appliance dollie that was supposed to be for 24hrs. I went back to the location, in accordance with my contract, to turn in but the office was closed. I went back the next day, still closed. I went back 2 more times and the office was closed. Then I get an email from uhaul that I was delinquent in returning my equipment. THEN, when I called the customer service number to work things out, the person who initially took my call told me to hold and kicked me back into the cue. Uhaul needs to figure things out both with their franchises and their customer service! This long time customer will not be back.

Danielle BlantonI received an email stating my uhaul hadn’t been returned. I returned it a day early. The people where I returned it were very nice but something went wrong as far as communicating with whoever that is returned the trailer. I’d like to be contacted and told all is good and they did receive the trailer in a timely manner.
