Alan MWe were set up to pick up the car hauler trailer at 11:30 am on Saturday. Due to traffic & rain we did not get there until 1:00 pm. The lady had driven up from Birmingham to meet us at 11:30 am, and waited until we arrived. She was very polite and helpful getting us set up with the paperwork and set to go. A Very nice Lady.
MAT MThis was a very easy drop off point.
EDMUND MCould not load trailer by myself. Had to get someone from Tractor Supply to help me load and unload it. Trailer are stacked everywhere on top of each other.

Paul CI rented a uhaul on Sunday Feb 3, 2024 and was told to drop the key in the drop box the next day on Sunday when I was done. I did not even have the uhaul a full 24 hours and I got charged for 4 days of use. I contacted Aegis and they were quick to tell me they were not at fault and I would have to contact uhaul. Uhaul contacted them and opened a claim and they still have yet to respond to fix the issue.. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION TO RENT A UHAUL UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR EXTRA DAYS THAT YOU DONT USE IT! 0/10 stars…. HIGHLY URGE YOU TO FIND A DIFFERENT UHAUL DEALER.
AMANDA BI rented an appliance dollie that was supposed to be for 24hrs. I went back to the location, in accordance with my contract, to turn in but the office was closed. I went back the next day, still closed. I went back 2 more times and the office was closed. Then I get an email from uhaul that I was delinquent in returning my equipment. THEN, when I called the customer service number to work things out, the person who initially took my call told me to hold and kicked me back into the cue. Uhaul needs to figure things out both with their franchises and their customer service! This long time customer will not be back.

The people where I returned it were very nice but something went wrong as far as communicating with whoever that is returned the trailer. I’d like to be contacted and told all is good and they did receive the trailer in a timely manner.

LEE MCould not find anyone at this location, phone calls were not returned. Made a total of FIVE trips back to the location, trying to find someone so we could check the trailer in. Finally had to call the Foley office for help.
MARTINE FTwice I have tried to pick up a u-haul there. The first time the trailer didn’t exist in their lot, and I had to find the trailer in another town. “Guaranteed ready” didn’t work there. I needed another trailer for my latest trip, and the woman behind the counter gave me the assigned trailer, and it wasn’t in her lot either. She blamed the “uhaul people” for taking trailers without telling her. The person behind the counter was rude, seemed annoyed that they had to set down their phone and do any work. We are still in the process of a large move with more than one household. I will not attempt to rent from that location again.

kelly w | Overall ExperienceI’m not sure if I’d recommend this location or not. When I reserved my truck online, I reserved hand trucks/dolly as well. When I arrived, I was told they don’t have any. Also, the truck I was supposed to get had to be changed, because “the keys for that truck are locked up” …??? The app is terrible. I had to login several times over and over to get the ball rolling. App really needs work done.
Justin MThis was a terrible experience. The automated checkin was a nightmare. I was parked directly beside the rental trucks however the system thought the location was around the corner. I finally drove around the block and pulled into a car wash and it allowed me to checkout the truck. Signing out the truck took over an hour which ate up a huge chunk of my time. When I arrived back to check in the truck the same thing happened and it took another hour. The second thing is that the price for 4 hours was so ridiculously high I was shocked. I will NEVER rent from this location again.

Jerry HOrdered moving blankets and didn’t have any. Three people in front of me had similar issues with dollies. No one preeped or even had a clue what was going on. Very terrible experience and will rent with another company for sure next time.

Laura CThe lady working there wasn't much help.. the first U-Haul had a lock on it and the second one had no chains.. do they even inspect these trailers like they are supposed? Apparently not or she would have known all this before hand. They didn't sell any hook up parts. I had to go to the next store to buy those at tractor supply.
windy cPerson I dealt with at the location was unfriendly and not helpful. In fact one person was asleep in their chair. I needed help with hooking up the Trajan’s was told they didn’t do that. I tried but could not do it myself so they did finally come out and help but was fairly rude at having to help

STEVEN WAppliance dolly was not in the truck. They never returned my calls, even with multiple messages.
Sherry YI returned equipment on time However was reported as though I had not then got emails saying I had stole the trailer. Made calls to get things straightened out and nobody at uhaul or the place I rented it from seemed in a hurry to get everything straight. This all happened over the weekend I returned the equipment on Wednesday got a receipt on Monday. No call saying I no longer are suspected of stealing a piece of uhaul equipment.

We were not equipped to do self check-out at 9:00 AM, and had not been warned of the need by the fellow who told us our normal location was changed and gave us this new location and pickup time. Your service stinks. There were trucks at our original location- we saw them.
