One of the tires appeared questionable to me. I asked and was told U-Haul does monthly checks. When I was back at my apartment the pressure was 18 pounds. Filled it and it leaked, so had to initiate roadside assistance and they replaced that tire. Otherwise good experience.

Seems like the vehicle don’t get check or have Preventative maintenance more frequently then they should. The vehicle I had was overheating, losing a/c most times and the transmission was slipping at 60 mph. Had I drove it father later in the day it would only go 45 miles and hour. Then the wrench light came on.

The location is fine but they don't have staff on Saturdays, forcing self pick-up and drop-off using the app. THE APP IS TERRIBLE, HAD TO CALL UHAUL AND PUT ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR TO GET MY TRUCK.

Location was late to open when I had a 8am reservation. Truck provided had the check engine light on. Location told me that wasn't a problem but when driving the truck, the transmission appeared to be slipping gears on occasion and the engine would randomly rev up when waiting at a traffic light. Was also charged 5 gallons of gas but only drove the truck 19 miles. Wouldn't recommend this location!

The rental price was a lot higher in person than what was quoted and locked in on the website. Even after showing the price from a email,the representative would not honor the price. I had no choice because I needed the trailer and payed the higher price.
