It was not a negative experience at all. However, it was very close to closing time and there was only one employee. He was working on fixing a vehicle in another room so he did not notice me in the lobby for several minutes. He provided clear instructions for drop off after seeing me. I did not have enough interaction to determine if I’d recommend this location

My reservation was for 8:00 and nobody showed up so I could get keys until at least 8:30. I selected self-pickup, but there was no way for me to get keys because they were not in the designated location.
Misti ROur truck was not available when we arrived they had to call around to find a truck. We finally got one almost an hour later than expected. It was not cleaned out
Michael MIt smelled like smoke and wasn’t very clean.
