That unit does need the A/C serviced. It was not as cool as it should be. Other than that an overall great experience
DAVID TThis was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul. When we picked up the truck it was covered in ashes and smelled like smoke. Then as we pull off the lot the tire exploded. When I tried to reach out to customer service. I knelt getting the runaround. Finally after multiple attempts. Someone finally emailed and said “sorry the truck wasn’t to your liking” and issued me a $50 refund on a $600 bill which doesn’t even cover the extra hotel expense and delay that it costed us to drive from North Carolina to Florida. I would give it a negative review just for the customer service side loan.
tara AThe trailer hitch didn't release the ball easily and required a great deal of effort to clear. I nearly injured my back in the process. I notified the man at the drop point who was very belpful. He is cleaning it.
