I reserved two furniture dollies and they did not have any available. There should not be a way to reserve them if the location doesn't have them.

Had to do a 2 day rental because you can't rent before 7am and that's how you screw people into making more money

William S.Have a backup plan for when your whole system goes down and no one can get on to check out their customers, who obviously went up head and rented the truck or trailer way ahead of time for that day and time for a reason. We even went on line for check in which at that time you already have my license and credit card so if something like this happens again which with technology it will to have a paper check out at pickup day and time so your customers can get on with their business for why they checked it out in the first place. Instead of waiting an entire day waiting for your system to come back up.
