Didn’t get materials paid for and bill ended up twice as much as expected.

The U-Haul we received had around 2-3 gallons of gas in it upon pickup. Thank god it ran out of gas in front of the new place. But this did lead to me running back and first to the gas station 4 times to get enough gas to start the U-Haul to drop it off. Also didn’t help that the gas gauge on the dash was not working properly. Showed 1/4 of a tank when we picked it up.

Personnel very helpful. Customers should be advised to drive along street in order to see U-Haul sign and checkin on fence. Heavily parked street. Glad we had daylight hour drop off.

Drop off place was run down with little signage on a sketchy back street. There was a chain link fence surrounding the U-haul drop off area, but posted on the fence were several "beware of the dog" signs. The lot was littered with junk and only had one U-haul trailer present. Not a very safe or inviting atmosphere. Personnel were helpful but would not recommend to anyone to drop there. There was another better location less than 1/2 mile away that we passed as we were leaving the area.

We were a little uneasy because we weren't given any paperwork when we picked it up and he kept saying that I would get an email in a few minutes which I never got.

There were no trespassing and beware of dogs signs everyone. I was certain I was at the wrong place until I saw a tiny Uhaul sign in a window. There is no main office. A man came from the garage area and told me to leave the keys in car and his manager would take care of everything when he returned. I didn't feel comfortable with that. I did everything online.

This drop off was in the back of alley. There was little to no parking so I parked in the only available spot out of the way of the gate and road - the gates were closed. There was no signage indicating where to park/drop-off, or simply that it was a U-Haul location. I was able to find a drop-off key box, but had to guess that I was in the right place. I would not recommend this location.

Wasn’t open when it was supposed to be. A drop box was provided but an argument was happening in the street with screaming and threats flying. Sketchy!

Bill emailed me about the drop off location and if I had any questions to call him. I called him about drop off time and he was very flexible and helpful with what to do at the drop off point.

I was not greeted in spite of many personnel on lot. I did it all myself via online process, which was very cumbersome. Lot was very small and dirty.
