The U-Haul we received had around 2-3 gallons of gas in it upon pickup. Thank god it ran out of gas in front of the new place. But this did lead to me running back and first to the gas station 4 times to get enough gas to start the U-Haul to drop it off. Also didn’t help that the gas gauge on the dash was not working properly. Showed 1/4 of a tank when we picked it up.

nina bPersonnel very helpful. Customers should be advised to drive along street in order to see U-Haul sign and checkin on fence. Heavily parked street. Glad we had daylight hour drop off.
