This was the location that I was sent to for drop off. They were very helpful. I ended up being able to drop off the trailer early. They were very accommodating. However, the location was not convenient for me as I rented a storage unit and would have preferred to drop it at that location. I understand that U-Haul wanted to get inventory to the location I was sent to drop the trailer. I feel that U-Haul designated the drop off for their convenience and not mine. I should have been given the choice. Also, I didn't realize it was a different location until I tried to drop it off at the storage location. They wouldn't accept the drop off and informed me that I had to drop at a different location which was a bit of a distance from the storage location. I ended up taking the trailer an extra 45 miles since I had to take it to my son's house North of Cheyenne and then drive back the next morning.
