Seems damage insurance was added when I arrived. I had waived when I signed up online but it was on my final bill.
David DThe vehicle had mud and water standing in it we could not even load the furniture. We had to call the location and they brought blankets to us. There was a lot of dried up underneath the wheels in the property that I moved from it left mud in the driveway. No one walked through the truck with me when I picked it up nor did they walk through it when we took it back I do have pictures to upload if needed
Ima RPlace seemed quite out of the way. Unless you were moving into or out of the nearby apartments I would find a more convenient location.

Betsy BDrop off location was very far away. I passed several U-Haul places on the way. I tried to return it at the closest location and was told I HAD to return it to the location U-Haul chose. Added 1.5 hours of driving after a long weekend of moving.

Steven HTruck had running issues like a fuel line was clogged. Drop off was not in a great location and did not have clear instructions.

Rick HNo visible drop box for keys and no clear parking instructions, making it very difficult to do drop off at night. Had to leave keys in the truck and park outside of the fenced property.

Karmen OWasn’t the place it was the uhaul itself. The uhaul and Dolley was rusted and could barley get the pieces off to hold the car down and I couldn’t shit the back of the uhaul when I got to Oklahoma. I spent around 500 dollars on gas because the uhaul was in so bad shape. Also had a problem getting the uhaul and waited for two hours. So uhaul in general I will advise everyone to not us them. They haven’t even called me back when I told them about it and spent gas and all 1,300 dollars.

Steve WPlace was a dump. Received a text at 9:30 the night before my rental telling me what to do if no one was there the next morning when I was scheduled to pick up the trailer. It was all a very bad joke. Then I got charged for some sort of insurance that I DID NOT take. This is a very bad advertisement for U-haul. You should definitely pull their franchise!!!

Had to hook up my own trailer which was not a big deal but when I have rented in the past, they go over the trailer to point out any existing scratches, dents, marks etc so that I will not be reliable for paying for those. The lady working was just very short and not polite.
William MVery disappointed in uhaul. Make sure you read the contract line by line. Will not use uhaul anymore. Don't do anything outside the contract. You will get CHARGED DOUBLE!! Tried to be nice and got burned!

Dennis RThis place is a disaster. It's a muddy, disgusting excuse for a business. The staff never even got up to assist. Just point where I had passed the drop on my drive in leaving me to have to turn around or back up 1/4 mile. ZERO assistance in moving or disconnecting the equipment. Never even walked outside to check it at all. They had a muddy stream running through the middle of their business. The place is awful and wouldn't recommend pickup or drop off at this location as the equipment would be a mess. Highly recommend U-Haul remove their partnership with them as it would not be how I would want my business name and reputation represented.

CHRISTINA TMy reservation was totally messed up from the beginning, but the representative at Hickory Dr. worked very hard to get everything just right and taken care of. But the reservation itself by the U-haul call center was handled very wrong.
WILLIAM BNot due to this location...but, my experience with the 7200 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920 location and dealing with Tony...I will never use UHaul again. He did call and find me another truck. I reserved a 15 foot...and got a 26 foot!...that was lost for the past 3 days that I had reserved...but, did not care...or follow up with me to see if he could help in any way. Tony was not friendly...nor empathetic to my situation...and, that is why I will never use your services again. I think as well...the fee was way too much for the day rental to Arden, NC.
