The gal at the desk was friendly and helpful, though really busy as she also takes calls for a towing and auto business. Checked me in, gave me the key and told me where the truck was. As I opened the driver's door the flooring was covered in dried up mud. Then when I opened the back it had not been swept and cleaned out. So I had to do that when I got home. Will never use this location again!Rich W.

We had a tire blow out on our motorcycle while in Pigeon Forge, TN. The local office was of no help. I had to call the 800 number and speak to someone who thought there should be available units at the location we needed and scheduled this. Unfortunately the unit I booked was NOT there. I called back and they worked out for us to have a 20ft unit that would work for us. The unit we rented was late coming back and we needed it ASAP, because I was sitting on the side of the road with the bike. The lady who brought it back was dirty and smelled. In turn the cab of the truck smelled of body odor and wet dogs. There was NO attempt to wipe down the seats, steering wheel, handles, door knobs or control knobs. (this in the middle of COVD 19). At the time my husband is worried about me and another lady sitting on the side of the road in the heat with the bike so he just got in and came to pick me up Once my husband picked me and we got back to our hotel I wiped the surfaces down with some wipes a friend gave me but it did nothing for the smell. I understand the smell is not U-Haul's fault and we were grateful to have transportation home. However, it should have been wiped down prior to my husband getting in. I debated on sharing this information but felt you needed to know.connie R.

The place was tucked away and in a very poor building. However, the staff was on top of it. The phone was non stop and she was so courteous during the process to those on the phone and me. She got me in and out very quickly in the midst of all of this. Great job!Manuel P.

That drop off location was the sketchiest situation I have ever been in and makes me question using Uhaul if this is the type of locations they are sending me to for pick-uos or drop offs. Worst.Michael A.
The truck was not driving well. The lady was not very niece. I complained that she was charging me for extra miles as I took pictures of the miles before and after and she told me with an attitude that it was a computer fault and if I wanted to argue to call U-haul...I told her SHE was U-haul and she told me I had to call the main office. The charges were a rip off. I will never rent from U-haul againterry A.

We were very disappointed in the location. We had asked for a location close to us and were called as we were enroute to the first location and told we had to pick up at a new location twice as far away. We were not told at that time that we couldn't return the Uhaul at the closer location. In addition, we were charged for the extra mileage! The location was extremely dirty and down a road that was barely big enough for the truck.Debra D.

The truck was extremely dirty. We weren't told dropping it off at another location we would be charged if no one was there. We were excessively overcharged on fuel. This was the worst experience I've ever had in renting from uhaul. This has also cost more this time than any other time we've rented.Nancy B.
As my trailer was damaged during vacation in the Pigeon Forge TN area, we needed another trailer to return to Canada with our motorcycles in tow. Uhaul doesn't rent the large ramped utility trailer for long-haul (which would have eased loading the CanAm and 2 wheeler). As this particular location has Carr's Automotive Repair, the men there helped us tremendously, enabling us to use this smaller rental and get back to Canada. I highly recommend this location for both needs!dina S.

This location could not check the vehicle in when I dropped it off, the management told me when they have more time they'll figure out why the u-haul website wasn't working. When asked for a receipt the management told me they would send me an email. Still waiting on an email closing this return out.Martin S.

I picked up the trailer and went to son's apartment to start to load the trailer. There was a padlock placed on the back door and we could not open. Affordable Rentals was contacted and they advised me to either go to the fire department to have them cut the lock off or they could come out and cut off the lock. I opted for them to come and cut off the lock. It took over an hour for them to arrive. A thunderstorm rolled in as they started to cut off the lock. It continued to rain after the lock was cut off, not allowing us to load up the trailer. We had to come back the next morning and load the trailer, which put us 3 hours later getting back onto the road, then 3 hours later arriving back to Ohio, an 8 hour drive from Tennessee. I was not to happy. The trailer was clean and I commend the place for not making me drive back to their location to remove the lockJohn G.

They are located way off the main road in the back of a subdivision. it is difficult to find. They are said to be a 24 hour drop off but that is not the case.Jennifer E.
When I made the reservation I chose the Sevierville tn location. I thought everything was fine. I believed that the paper work that was given to me on pick up would be accurate, but found out the drop off was for pigeon forge instead of what I asked for. I called to ask if I could drop it off near my home near Sevierville, like I requested. But my request was denied because I already took the trip. I had to travel an extra 40 minutes further than my original request. The woman I spoke with was also very rude and uncaring. I promise to never rent from you again, and recommend to anyone I meet never to use your company.howard L.

Truck was worn out & very dirty. Engine light on. Over 140k. Rough riding, did an emergency equipment swap out. The car hauler was in really bad condition, one if the straps was defective which caused the car to bounce on the front end of the bumper and scar it. I have used U-Haul many times and I have never had this bad of an experience. I would appreciate a follow up phone call from U-Haul on this matter.EARL T.

Charged me for insurance without my knowledge. I had to question the amount and ask for the refund for the insurance since I already had insurance.Simon C.
I told the guy I did not want the insurance coverage as I have State Farm and they cover me in a rental truck. He charged me anyway and then told me it had to be taken care of at the return location. He wrote a note stating that I should receive a $28 refund. I feel it should have just been taken care of then and there to avoid all of this hassle. It was his mistake, he should have fixed it. By the way, the truck was filthy! It was full of dirt and gravel and the cab smelled very strongly of urine! I had to keep the windows down because I couldn't stand the stench.CATHRYN C.

The man we dealt with returning the Uhaul truck was not very personable. We rented the truck on Thursday afternoon, May 10th. We left the next morning at 4:30 am. It was after we left that we discovered the right back brake light and tail light did not work. So we had to drive almost 500 miles without a light. When we returned the truck, the man charged us an additional $13 plus change for gas that we were short in putting in the truck before we returned it. I feel that since we had to pay that much extra on gas, that we should be reimbursed some monetary amount for having to drive without a back light. We paid almost $600 for the truck...It should have been in tip top shape. Therefore, I would have a better opinion of the Uhaul Company if they would reimburse us an appropriate amount for this inconvenience. There was nothing wrong with this location. The problem is I made a reset at one place and I haul Switched to a different location causing me more money cause it was further. If for whatever reason a truck wasn't returned to where the original reservation was made I should be adjusted for the extra mileage I had to drive!!Chrissy B.
