Truck was worn out & very dirty. Engine light on. Over 140k. Rough riding, did an emergency equipment swap out. The car hauler was in really bad condition, one if the straps was defective which caused the car to bounce on the front end of the bumper and scar it. I have used U-Haul many times and I have never had this bad of an experience. I would appreciate a follow up phone call from U-Haul on this matter.

Charged me for insurance without my knowledge. I had to question the amount and ask for the refund for the insurance since I already had insurance.

I told the guy I did not want the insurance coverage as I have State Farm and they cover me in a rental truck. He charged me anyway and then told me it had to be taken care of at the return location. He wrote a note stating that I should receive a $28 refund. I feel it should have just been taken care of then and there to avoid all of this hassle. It was his mistake, he should have fixed it. By the way, the truck was filthy! It was full of dirt and gravel and the cab smelled very strongly of urine! I had to keep the windows down because I couldn't stand the stench.

The man we dealt with returning the Uhaul truck was not very personable. We rented the truck on Thursday afternoon, May 10th. We left the next morning at 4:30 am. It was after we left that we discovered the right back brake light and tail light did not work. So we had to drive almost 500 miles without a light. When we returned the truck, the man charged us an additional $13 plus change for gas that we were short in putting in the truck before we returned it. I feel that since we had to pay that much extra on gas, that we should be reimbursed some monetary amount for having to drive without a back light. We paid almost $600 for the truck...It should have been in tip top shape. Therefore, I would have a better opinion of the Uhaul Company if they would reimburse us an appropriate amount for this inconvenience. This place was way back in an residential area. Not your typical rental spot. The building is not a pleasant place. It is also next to a junk car repair shop. Old cars parked everywhere.

There was nothing wrong with this location. The problem is I made a reset at one place and I haul Switched to a different location causing me more money cause it was further. If for whatever reason a truck wasn’t returned to where the original reservation was made I should be adjusted for the extra mileage I had to drive!!
Pick up office was in abhorrent condition staff was rude equipment was poorly stored and not easily accessible. Staff repeatedly stated "I hate doing u haul."

Ellos mr dijeron dijero el el lugar que rente el trailer que me regresarian undeposito de 60 dollares y no fue asi.cuando retorne el trailer no me regresaron nada y nadie me explico bien que si era un viaje de solo ida me costaria mas.entonces estoy bastante desepcionado por el servicio del agente en sevierville.un costo de 39 mas 9 dollares de aseguranza mas impuestos me salio de 99 dollares.no fue bueno para mi.el equipo muy bien

Mainly a towing company with the help coming from Deliverence.. crowded, dirty, no turn around space.. a large motor home could not turn around.. I carry a concealed weapon and was not intimidated.. single women should not be there.. nor elderly couples...

The place was okay and the staff was very nice. I went alone though and it is in an area that made me kind of nervous. I was confused as to where to enter the building at. It looked like it was located in a junk yard or old car lot back up in the woods. Again, the people were very nice. Just bad location.

The people were very nice and friendly, but need more training on the software. No one is available to check in equipment after 5, even though it is advertised as a 24 hr. Uhaul operation.

it took over 30 minutes to check in and 20 minutes to check out. I didn't receive my receipt until I returned the truck because the clerk couldn't process the order.
