Totally sketchy and delapidated place. I thought I was on another planet.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, but still easy to find with Google Maps. They were open on Sunday which was a bonus, especially since we have had issues with the "24/7" places. The pick up process was easy and pretty quick.

It’s kinda out of the way at the end of a dead end road

The pick up location was hard to find and in a very run down dilapidated state. When we picked up the trailer one of the trailer brake and turn signals did not work. Attendant told us it was up to us to take it but it was the only one they had. As we needed trailer had no option but to take trailer.

Upon returning the truck, the officer was open. However the attendant could not process my return. He stated he did not know how. I preceded with returning through the app. That location could use some WiFi access. I had to use cellular on my phone and the location I has very poor cell signal. It took a long time for the photos to upload with me having to hold my phone above my head to get any kind of signal. I understand cellular coverage it not you problem. However having a location where the attendant can’t or won’t process a return and expect customer to use app. Either I would suggest move location, ensure attendant is trained or provide WiFi if customer is expected to use app.

The guy working there was very nice and helpful, but the place was a little scary and made me feel uneasy. If I wouldn't have been with my husband and father, I would have turned around and left. It reminded me of a scene from an scary movie where the people are never seen again.

I’ve been doing this for three years same location, Fara could not find my name in there then it said OK you’re ready and it’s been rented. I just so happen to call the one 800 number a week prior and they had no reservation when I went to pick it up. They said I was at the wrong location when I clearly showed them the email and the confirmation number and the address that I was supposed to pick it up at this location, the lady was very very very rude. Never use this place again ever and I will not recommend anybody to use U-Haul lesson, I will buy my own trailer. Thanks but no thanks.

Did not know that buying another day does not double the mileage. Would have been cheaper to buy a second uhaul. That was ridiculously expensive.

UHAUL IS BACK!!! Highly recommended. Amazing customer service and support. Both locations for my one way trailer rental were professional, efficient and friendly.

Not On the Main Highway. Out in the middle of nowhere. Thay were ok but could have been a lot nicer, all business and acted like she could care less if we were there or not.

My wife wouldn’t even get out of the car. We thought we were lost. It was a sketchy place. The guy working there said you can figure it out right. The entire time he was taking my information a virus warning was popping up and saying someone from Russia is logged on your computer.

The vehicle had mud and water standing in it we could not even load the furniture. We had to call the location and they brought blankets to us. There was a lot of dried up underneath the wheels in the property that I moved from it left mud in the driveway. No one walked through the truck with me when I picked it up nor did they walk through it when we took it back I do have pictures to upload if needed

Good experience a little off the main road but overall good experience. Guys were nice and since it was a garage I felt they could fix any problems if I had any with the truck

Drop off location was very far away. I passed several U-Haul places on the way. I tried to return it at the closest location and was told I HAD to return it to the location U-Haul chose. Added 1.5 hours of driving after a long weekend of moving.

No visible drop box for keys and no clear parking instructions, making it very difficult to do drop off at night. Had to leave keys in the truck and park outside of the fenced property.

Wasn’t the place it was the uhaul itself. The uhaul and Dolley was rusted and could barley get the pieces off to hold the car down and I couldn’t shit the back of the uhaul when I got to Oklahoma. I spent around 500 dollars on gas because the uhaul was in so bad shape. Also had a problem getting the uhaul and waited for two hours. So uhaul in general I will advise everyone to not us them. They haven’t even called me back when I told them about it and spent gas and all 1,300 dollars.

Place was a dump. Received a text at 9:30 the night before my rental telling me what to do if no one was there the next morning when I was scheduled to pick up the trailer. It was all a very bad joke. Then I got charged for some sort of insurance that I DID NOT take. This is a very bad advertisement for U-haul. You should definitely pull their franchise!!!

Nothing. Lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable and courteous. The U-Haul representative Area Field Manager was extremely helpful in finding a auto transport during a time when it was very busy. Couldn’t ask for a better rental experience!
