this is the 4th time I have been charged the $8 safe tow coverage when I did NOT select it during online reservation and then online check in. Why exactly does Uhaul automatically change this option even after the customer specifically selects the "no coverage" during online reservation and check in? This happens almost every time and I feel as if Uhaul does this on purpose and it is no mistake. Whenever I have complained about this issue in the past Uhaul employees always act as if this is common and also act as if it is accidental. Then they proceed to correct the error. The gentleman in office com Gentleman in office was not teal friendly and asked of I had a second person to help him lift trailer to attach to truck. I said no. Made suggestion that he get a jack. I stood on back of trailer and we did get attached. If I were in trade I certainly would get a rolling jack.June A.

Tell the man there to pull ip his pants, so his butt crack doesn't show when he stoops or binds over. I found uhaul's online renting procedure to be extremely impersonal. Bad assumption on your part that everyone has mobile internet connection!!!!Dennis V.
I work for uhaul & to be honest I now see why customers get mad when the scheduling/traffic office does not inform them of not having all equipment at pick up location. I originally had a 15' truck and a auto transport on my rental. When I got to location to pick up they did not have the auto transport and I was never informed of that before arriving. I was never called by scheduling/traffic to Inform me of other locations that had both reserved equipment for when I needed. So I removed it & just got the truck. I was definitely not happy about that & completely see where customers are coming from now when not receiving the needed calls.Kathryn M.
The vehicle I picked up had a gas line leak. I drove 9.3 miles and went through the 10 gallons of gas that was initially in the truck when I picked it up. I put 25.00 back into the truck and drove 33 miles to Fleming Island and was on empty again. I put $25.00/10.5 gallons back into the truck and it was empty by the time I turned it into Middleburg Power equipment. It leaked gas the entire time. I have video and photos, as well as eye witnessed to the fact, and have asked for a full refund and it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. I still need to hear back from someone.Todd C.

I don't like the refueling process. I find it difficult to put the vehicle back at the exact pass half a tank mark. To make things less complicated it should be rented on a FULL tank of gas, and returned back on a FULL tank of gas. I shouldn't have to keep going back paying for gas to get it right back to a distinct line. And charged because it's not what the clerk determines to be the exact amount. After putting $25 of gas in the vehicle. I'm still being charged $20 because the clerk says it's not exactly pass the half tank mark. Ridiculous! I'll think twice before doing business with this company again.charlotte C.
The area the Uhaul vehicles were parked you would assume the location for the office was right next to the uhaul vehicles. A sign stating the office is at the next building over would have been nice! Please do something about leaving the hitch on the trailers resting in mud or sand. The trailer I was given, the hitche was in a muddy area. It could rust or deteriorate quickly which can lead to issues with it latching onto a vehicles ball mount. ThankyouJennifer R.
