ROBERT RThe girl attendant that rented me the trailer did not know how to hook up the trailer. Also I had to go through three different trailers to find a light bulb for a license lamp to replace the one on the trailer I was taking because it was burned out along with three other trailers. Check the tire pressure when I got home 20 minutes later and they were 25 lb low. Very disappointed that I wasted almost an hour of my time changing light bulbs and filling tires. I don't work for the U-Haul maintenance department but I feel like I did that day. U-Haul needs to do better.
