I was unable to get the equipment as I did not have the U-Haul app loaded and could not do it at the site. During reservation process no mention of need for app was made, I would have had it ready had I known I would need it. Called U Haul customer service and the response was to send 48 sec video link on how to use the app to get equipment. Wound up going to another location and getting different equipment from a live person.
