Drop off after hours was confusing. We weren’t given a gate code to get in to park the truck. Then we were told there was drop box but we couldn’t find it anywhere on the property. We ended up being on the phone with multiple people from UHaul and it took us an hour to complete drop off.
Lauren MI was not supplied with a gate code and I dropped off on Thanksgiving so no one was there. I had to call 3 different numbers before I was able to reach someone.

MARCIA BUpon arrival to the locked gate, the Uhaul app would not work so I could not get a code to get in. I texted the number on the storage building sign, as instructed, and received a reply back that I need to contact Uhaul. After I finally got in the gate 30 minutes later, I was given instructions on a key box lock to get the key. The numbers and letters on the actual lock are so worn off that I couldn't even tell what I was entering. I ended up just having to do trial and error with each letter/number to get the correct code entered. Replacing the locks is a simple fix and would eliminate such a waste of time and frustration for your customers.

Larry KThey were multiple issues with the app and the after hours check in. The app needs to be redesigned to better assist people checking in after hours. We spent almost an hour, trying to get it resolved with customer service An hour wasted when we should’ve been moving. I would appreciate being contacted by someone who can resolve this and compensate me for my lost time.
Kevin DSince this was not the location I was suppose to return I was not familiar with it. It’s a storage facility meaning a code was needed to enter. There were no directions online or posted how to enter and return. Found an emergency number and finally got hold of someone to let me in remotely and walk me through the process. This also accounted for more fuel loss as I had to wait until someone to contact me back.
TINA MPicking up via the process online was a horrible experience, I'll never do that again. So if I can't have an actual person during pickup I'll just choose a different location that has someone physically available.

Kevin KThe lock for the lock box is garbage. It was put on upside down asking it very hard to put in thr combo and when I returned the return code didn't work. The lady at the office said it must be the other one because the lock was upside down initially. That was frustrating also didn't help that it was raining
