Unfortunately, because it was Sunday, I had to pick up the truck on my phone. Once we got inside the gate and found where the key was allegedly locked it took forever to get the lock off. Then when we opened it, there was no key. Needless to say, I was a bit frustrated. Fortunately, we are not completely stupid and we checked the other boxes that had no lock and lo and behold, there was my key. Then I get in the truck and there’s no gas, the seat adjuster does not work properly, and for good measure, your seat is cracked not that that bothered me but still!!! No I will not get another U-Haul truck from this facility. This is the third truck I have rented in the last month the other two were at a storage facility in Bellevue. That experience was 100% completely different.

Truck had a loud exhaust leak. I never got the dolly I asked for. I assumed it would be in the truck, when I got to my destination, I found it was missing. Still got billed for it.
Donald SThe check in process was good, floor board of truck had rock and dirt debris. The return process was a challenge as the app kept making you take the photos over and over. I contacted customer service, the advised to use the website. The website worked but there was no instructions what box or code to return the keys.
Aaron BWe were told to arrive at 9 AM to pick up our U-Haul and that a member of the staff at the storage unit facility would be there to let us in and complete our rental. No one was there. No one could find someone to even come there and complete our rental so we could get our day started. We had to call U-Haul and it took almost an hour just to get keys. We had to take a truck that was not the specific one rented to us because the U-Haul staff (who were all lovely) had walk us through how to get the keys over the phone and those were the only ones we could find. I felt like I was on a game show. When we returned later that afternoon, there was still no staff present to allow us through the gate and to complete our return. We had to call yet again to ask questions to ensure we had done it correct correctly. This was a horrible experience. Our money should be refunded.
Lynleigh NEverything went great except for getting the key out of the lock box. The lady working there was super helpful and already had a screwdriver and paperclip ready, as this is a very common issue. The keychain attached to the truck key barely fits in the box, making it pretty difficult to even get in the box when I just returned it. But the worst part was getting it out. I think uhual needs to upgrade the size of those lock boxes or attach a smaller keychain to the key so this isn’t a reoccurring issue for customers. Besides that, everything else was great!
