ELLEN SSecond U-Haul rental this month in Fulshear TX area. This was COMPLETELY different that the first rental. This place had the office labeled so I could find where to go, had a professional, kind person working inside. The other one felt like a scene from a movie where you go missing. I will never rent from another place besides this one.

RANDAL JThe equipment lot is bordered by some large trees lining the entry/exit with narrow gaps between them. This makes it difficult for people who normally don't pull/tow trailers or drive larger vehicles.
Lloyd MEverything with smoothly before and after my rental. They were very pleasant and helpful when I called asking questions prior to my pickup and the self pickup through the app went very smoothly and the lockboxes and drop box for the keys were in a great location and the van was ready and very close to it. I will definitely rent there again in the future and tell others about it.

Yoshihiro MWe went to 3 different locations, the first we had a reservation for weeks set. Got there closed and no Uhaul ready. Drove around, called Uhaul and only offered sorry for the inconvenience. Not to mention trying to send us 10 miles out of the way. Finally arrive here at Affordable Storage Of Settegast, and Rebecca was a God send! Literally she had no idea 20 mins before I was losing my mind and almost in tears. We walked in and she was so sweet and helpful. Didn’t let us settle sent us away in a temporary truck and when the truck came in she called us and had it all set up. She was amazing! Highly recommend using this location! Thank you ladies!!
Kara GPeople are very nice and friendly there but cats and dogs were a little scary for us as we are not used to deal with them. Truck was nice and clean. Location is very convenient but parking spaces are limited.
