Samuel BThe online app is a bit long. I just wanted a trailer for local use, but I had to say no to certain layers of insurance, dollies, blankets, moving assistance, etc., etc. The lady on site was VERY helpful, and very nice. Who needs a pickup when it is that easy to rent a trailer!
