Second U-Haul rental this month in Fulshear TX area. This was COMPLETELY different that the first rental. This place had the office labeled so I could find where to go, had a professional, kind person working inside. The other one felt like a scene from a movie where you go missing. I will never rent from another place besides this one.

RANDAL JThe equipment lot is bordered by some large trees lining the entry/exit with narrow gaps between them. This makes it difficult for people who normally don't pull/tow trailers or drive larger vehicles.
