Biggest problem I had again was the UHaul off hours process using the app. The drop off location did have a sign at the entrance that said UHaul but nothing to let me know that it was ok to drop the Vehicle off after hours. The app says to call a number before you drop off. So I called and left a message and was idle. Fortunately I texted and received a prompt reply. Perhaps signage that says after hours drop off allowed and where the key box was located would have prevented my frustration on this end
