Have someone available to help you at this location. Their version of help at this location was, "call uhaul". Location was near impossible to find as well!

Explain the share program a little better i didn't understand at first

I was called by the customer service to drop it off at this location. I dropped off this truck at 8:39 A.M. Saturday May 30th. The next day the Wrightsboro Road location called telling me I was suppose to drop the truck off at their location and that is not what I was told. Long story short, I was up at the u-haul Location on Wrightsboro Road location on Sunday and Monday. And the damn u-haul location charge me for another day, BUT in actually the truck was at the location on the RETURN DATE by the RETURN TIME, and someone did not do their end by checking the truck in when THEY WERE SUPPOSE to. I am still dealing with this and it is Thursday June 4, 2020. NOT VERY HAPPY AT ALL

the location did not process the drop off properly which caused me to get a very stressful call about it not being dropped off. After doing some investigating they found the truck and info and got it closed out but it took longer than it should have.

Lady was late to appointment. Her tablet/iPad wasn’t working very well. Took nearly an hour to check out which I had previously expressed checked out online.

The pick up and drop-off was very efficient. The sales representative was very accommodating with pick up and drop off times. I would highly recommend this location. I have used other location and the difference is night and day. The trailer is old with a lot of cosmetic blemishes but mechanically everything worked great. This was a great way to take family trip and not have to maintain and store an enclosed trailer.
