It was hard to get into my rental, the truck was super dirty, getting in set me back in time, I was last then an hour late bring it back. One was it took long for me to get in and on the way back on rosecrans the train was going forward and back for 24 minutes that took up some time when on my way back to return. I got charged an extra day and extra insurance. Was not okay with that

CASTO MI got charged for gas. I received the truck at 15 miles to empty buy i left it above more than what they gave it to me at! I left it at 41 miles to empty so they should be glad i did them a favor & left it with more fuel! Horrible experience never will return!

Nathaniel GI had problems with checking in to retrieve the password for the lock on the truck and was on the phone with the help desk for over one hour which delayed my move time..
Ava FThe equipment requested was not in the truck. The center console was giving off heat which was burning my foot. The driver’s cab was not clean.
DAISHALON JLiterally being ripped off by Uhaul because the agent here booked my reservation incorrectly. Someone the customer is at fault when Uhaul makes mistakes. Had I known it was going to ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS TO DRIVE A FUCKING TRUCK I WOULDNT HAVE USED UHAUL….

Tameka JThis was not my original pick up spot. My original location which my scheduled was based on rented the truck I had made a reservation for at least a month and a half prior. I then had to drive to this location and try to follow the instructions to rent this vehicle. All of this put me behind about 2.5 hours.
