I purchased a refrigerator dolly rental. I was attempting to move by myself and it was a must. When I reserved online it showed the location had one available and it would be on the Truck truck when I picked it up. When I arrived to pick up the truck, there was no dolly and the location had marked the truck as inside pick up instead of on the app. Due to not having a dolly it cost me an extra $150 in moving cost. I had to hire an extra hand to help me move the appliances. Very dissatisfied. I was also charged an additional $11 for fuel when I went straight from the location to load and straight to my new location to unload directly to the drop off location. No offer of a discount or to Aiden paying for hired help that was required.

allen dAdditional employees need and should be trained. Shouldn’t rely on one person to do all the U-Haul transactions. Love this location and glad they are there!
Karyn HI did not choose this location, however was informed that's where I would pick it up. The location was new to UHaul and not yet trained. I ordered a cart and furniture pads they were unavailable.
Heath AAlthough they did a great job of figuring it out, only one person is currently trained to do the UHaul rental and she was sick the day I was picking up the truck. Might be good to train more employees :)
CANDICE CI reserved a trailer in Iowa City that I could pick up at 7 AM and U-Haul sent me to a town 40 minutes away to pick up a trailer that I couldn’t pick up until eight and I was on a very tight schedule and got charged for being late getting out of our apartment. When leaving town, the U-Haul location may be 15 minutes from Iowa City had multiple trailer units which were the same as what I rented and I still got charged full price.
