Uhaul.absolutely did not honor my first reservation, canceled it because they could not get it to repopulate attached to my login -i had no access to this reservation- then after canceling on a holiday weekend transferred me to some internal individual instead of customer service. They actually sent me over to whomever makes reservations where I waited before getting off the phone- still hadn't been helped. Following that i used your own website to look up 15' trucks near me since again you canceled my reservation and the 3 places I called all did not even offer 15 foot trucks. So your app was wrong. Thankfully the individual who owned the business was working the counter and helped me locate a nearby truck. When I arrived it took me almost 2 hours just to pick it up because the site kept crashing. When we called support she basically said oh well. 10/10 would not recommend and will not use When we need to move cross country

I just noticed that the last 2 times I was charged for “safe move” coverage. I have declined coverage as I trust my insurance and prepare for all. I understand that if anything happens to vehicle I’m required to pay full amount. I STILL declined. But when I revolt final bill it’s been added. I don’t appreciate those extra charges. Why ask me to accept or decline if you still going to charge me.

Not so friendly staff, called the day prior to confirm equipment (truck and trailer) and they cancelled truck without my permission. Truck/trailer was NOT reviewed with staff to make sure we aren’t charged for prior damages.

This place reeks of cigarettes. Looks sketch. Customer service is nonexistent. Rent from another location. I got a migraine from the smell. I couldn’t move anything that day as I was in bed dealing with my debilitating migraine

Office has smokers due to it being a lotto, but owner got me in and out quickly and was very helpful and nice. They have great more expanded hours and are the closest and most convenient to Ft Campbell.
