CHRISTOPHER NClean windows on truck. Windshield wipers should be checked--a bit draggy. We didn't have a downpour, but they may or may not work in one. Otherwise, truck seemed to be in good condition on our trip. The lady on duty when we checked the truck out was very professional, friendly, and efficient in getting us in the truck and on our way. Great experience.

Eurimar II have used U-Haul MANY times before over the years. However, this time I just needed a small truck for a few hours to go pick up a new kitchen table and chairs we had purchased. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the fact that a $19.99 daily use fee ended up costing me almost $300 including my gas. Another problem (which I was told by a U-Haul phone rep) was that this location I was told had several issues lately with break ins and a UPS truck breaking the front door. However, I had purposely put in to pick up the truck remotely before site opened up so that I can get on the road I had an appointment time to pick up the table by. The day I went to get the truck the keys where not in the lock box as they were supposed to be and a store worker showed up about 30 minutes after my time to pick up the truck by and I had to wait for them to get their system up and running and she then brought me the keys to the truck out and said they were sorry with everything going they did not get the keys put in the box the night before. They did refund me $50 which was great. However, I still feel the overall coast of this rental was far more than it should have been. I am not sure if I will use U-Haul again should the need arise, especially for a local one-day use.

SHAYANN HWe tried to use the U-Haul app to pick up and when we called the 800 they stated you have to be on site to get it to work but it still didn't work. Then my manager then had to call back the 800 number and they sent her 14 miles away to pick up a truck. The website also didn't work.
Ali HWe rented a trailer to tow a vehicle on and one of the straps was cut so we had to go buy straps in order to use the trailer.

Christopher KThe UHaul I got was almost out of gas and I had to fill it up from the start. Then I got charged a gas fee because I didn't have enough gas when I turned it in. If people are getting charged gas fees then the tank should be full when picked up not on empty.
Arter BThe seats were covered in dog hair and I am allergic and have asthma so it was rough. Also the left turn signal bulb wasn't working. After dropping off the vehicle the employee informed me that they were aware of this issue but were waiting for corporate. This was a poor excuse and a safety issue for a part that costs under 10 dollars and is easily replaced. Kind of disappointed and we rent from you guys often. First time using this location.

WILLIAM COriginal dropoff location was at 1901 Hickory. It was atrocious and very hard to get to. I would recommend you cancel this drop off location.

LAWRENCE CWhen I made my online reservation, I declined insurance for my in-town cargo van move. When I arrived at this location, however, the lady at the counter (with a skiddish rescue dog that repeatedly growled at me) told me declining insurance was not an option, so she made me pay an additional $15 for it or forego the van rental. I had to call customer service the next day for a refund which will come next week. What she did was unethical. Beware!
