Christopher KThis facility charged me $17.63 for going 4 miles? Can someone explain that to me? Watch out and make sure you take pictures if you rent from this location because you will have extra charges for going 4 miles. My employees did not know to take pictures, but best believe they do now. Most dealers are kind and helpful, but these people will get over on you if you don't pay attention. I have used this location for years, but that will end today.

The lady that did not tell me away and she helped me through the process even though the computers were malfunctioning to get that trailer rented and get me on my way she went above and beyond and I am most grateful thank you very much

WILLIAM OThe lady that helped me was really nice and patient. I did have somewhat of a bad experience due to multiple system issues she was having. She had to call their help desk multiple times for the person ahead of me and myself. I spent an hour and a half waiting for everything. I also experienced multiple app issues and page not found errors. Ultimately they ended up putting a different serial number truck on my contract due to the system not letting them select the correct truck. Overall great customer service, they gave me extra days for free but overall the system issues made it a pretty bad experience.

Phillip MI was given a location to return - when I arrived today the owner was out (a note was on the door) for 45 minutes despite having hours listed all day (no one was on site). I had to call UhAul again and was advised to return it online so I had to unhook everything. My experience with Uhaul locations the past 4 rentals has been inconsistent. Your pricing more than doubled this last rental so I am looking into different options based on my overall experiences.
Ahnna WDrop box was broke or unlocked when I dropped the U-Haul off on a Friday and then they are charging me for the whole weekend,bc I left the truck and not the key but brought it in the morning, I didn’t want to be responsible if the truck was stolen. One lady told me 169 and then the next told me 288 with a smirk on her face. Will leave a bad review soon, they said the drop box has been broken for years, smh I put the key in and the box opens and you can take the keys

Graciela SThis was my first time ever renting a U-Haul. Everything was super easy and the trailer pulled great behind my Subaru. I was able to get all my stuff moved perfectly. I didn’t see anywhere that this facility would need to make improvements
Richard EThis is by far the best location that I have used. The lady knows what she is doing both in making the reservation and pickup. She verified the hookup and lights which most others don’t do. The yard is paved with a gravel parking area. The only thing is the trailer tires were 10psi low. My portable Dewalt compressor took care of this
John LThey want you to return the truck at 8:30 am and put the keys in a drop box and they don't open until 9am. It would be nice to return while open to see if any charges are owed instead of having to wait and watch your account.

Linda ENot sure why additional contacts, passport, etc are needed for trailer rental when have drivers license information. This is a very negative change in policy.
