I believe only the key to the rental truck is supposed to be left in the box when the truck is returned but the (older) box says to put in the rental agreement also. The key box happened to be unlocked when I dropped it off, falling open to show the keys. I only say this for the benefit of the person operating the business.

We could not find the Dolly that we had rented in our truck. There was no specific place for it, and we were not told where we could find it

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I swept the vehicle out as directed before returning it. I feel like this charge is unwarranted.

Was asked to call Uhaul on arrival. Tried to call but after 25 minute wait ON HOLD waiting, hung up phone and disregarded call. Had also attempted Day before to call and NO ONE ever came to phone!! Customer service line definitely needs improvement with LESS wait time on hold!!

The 'ladies' do NOT check out the trailers they rent. Mine was exceptionally old, but certainly serviced well. They left a hand cart in it from the previous renter. I returned it to the U-Haul in Winter haven. They were completely out of small boxes. they did not help me hook up, check my lights or anything. Very disappointed, my second and last visit to that facility.

I ask to rent a utility trailer, they completed the paperwork and paid, I was told to pull to the side and hook to the trailer which I did. 3 days later I was contacted by the drop off location informing mr the trailer had been reported stolen, I immediately went to the pick up location, they informed me I had taken the wrong trailer so they reported it stolen, they proceeded to blame me because I did not check the numbers on the trailer, the issue is the trailer I took was the only utility trailer at the lot so why would I check the number. I ended up having to go to the police station and a couple calls to the detective to get the situation resolved.

Car trailer was old and rusty. The ramps did not have a catch that you push down and slide the ramps out. Ramps were held in place with a metal block and two bolts and nuts. The two bolts on the right side were rusted pretty bad, had to use PB Blaster on them. What a pain in the butt, you have no idea. Also, the owner seemed to be the only one there, she didn’t come out and go over the trailer with me, check the lights, tires etc. She just told me we’re it was out in the yard. I’ll never use this location again.

Personnel was extremely helpful. After driving two hours to pick up a trailer we had reserved from another store only to have the individual tell us it wasn't available, we were very pleased to locate this pick up location.
