I have used this location in the past and I would recommend it to others. I was taken back by the signs displayed on their counter they have signs that say poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part and one that says I match energies so you go ahead and decide how we're gonna act. Not very professional.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat customer service, clean and organized business, easy to drop off as the lot was large and had easy access.
Patrick FI was delayed by at least half an hour due to technical difficulties resulting from a form that needed to upload from the employee’s phone. Why it cannot be done on the computer is beyond my understanding.
