The U-Haul that we rented was very muddy. It appeared to have been stuck in the mud by the previous user.

Richard CTruck bed was covered in dirt and screws. It was not cleaned or swept out. Truck was 5/8 full with gas. Not 3/4 as my rental agreement stated. I took pictures before and after of mileage and fuel t cover myself.

Scott BI had no big complaints about your airport facility. The only complaint was I had to return to the facility because a cracked window was not marked. My major complaint was I was supposed to pick up the truck at Carrs facility. The truck was not there and at that time of day it was a 30-minute drive to your airport facility. Carrs is filthy and was a muddy mess.

Christmas PNext time don’t rent a truck that makes a high squealing noise with every revolution of the wheels and don’t send it out below the stated amount of gas then charge me for gas when I bring it back with the exact amount of gas it had in it when it went out.

Brooke HWe dropped the truck off after hours. The fuel line appeared to be about where it was when we picked it up, so to be sure, we turned to the 'miles left to empty' and it was the same as when we picked up the truck, so we left it. The next day, we were charged $30 for fuel and a $30 fueling fee. The system initially charged us for two day. We did not check the truck out until after 5. Not only were we not credited any of the second day, we were charged the ridiculous fuel charges. I did not know I had to leave more in it than when I picked it up, I just understood it to be the same, which according to the truck, it was.

Cora MRental agent was extremely friendly and accommodating even providing me an adjustable wrench to remove my hitch tightener. As a side note you could lubricate ratchets for tie-down straps and spring loaded pins for ramps on tow dollys. I left a review on Google five stars. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service and equipment provided.
Cody GThey online app charges you multiple times for the same rental on your card and than when you catch them they take forever to give your money back. My card was charged 4 times and I have still not got my money back and it was more expensive than what I was told. Also charged for things that were not on the truck

JAMIESON Dtrailer ramp jambed , rachet straps broke from previous renter. 3 different service techs on three different days did not complete fix. phone call after phone call to service center , rude reps at service center, call after call , text messages every day asking if it was fixed. what a circus. in the end the manager from some were reduced the rental to one day. very disappointing
steven mDID MY ORDER ONLINE FOR PICKUP AT 8AM. AFTER ARRIVING, WAS NOT ALLOWED TO PICK UP THE TRUCK UNTIL 9AM, WHEN THE LOCATION OPENED. CHOSE THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I COULD PICK UP THE TRUCK BY 8AM WITH A CODE. WORKER SHOED UP AT 830AM AND I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT IN HAD BEEN WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES AND NEED TO GET GOING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO CLEAN OUT THE OTHER VEHICLES THAT HAD BEEN RETURUNED AND DID NOT BEGIN TO PROCESS MY PICK UP UNTIL 9AM. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HOW ALL OF THIS WAS HANDLED.

Carol AJodi in Sevierville was very nice and attentive. Very thorough and made transaction of turning in the vehicle a breeze.
CLARK GTransmission was slipping and the last 15 miles was scary to drive. I stopped 1/4 mile away to get gas at Walmart and it took me 5 mins and o get it back into drive. I wasn’t able to get it completely clean at the car wash near by because I was scared it wouldn’t get back into drive. Do NOT rent this out until the transmission is fixed. Location was nice but this vehicle needs to go to the shop ASAP. IT IS UNSAFE to drive
