She does not possess any of the characteristics for problem solving and customer service. I have used uhaul many years and I will NEVER use your company again.

The trailer I just rented had no problems & my Grand Cherokee towed it with out a problem and confidence towing it is a nice feeling. More or less forgetting I was even towing the trailer. Very comfortable with everything. Thank You, I'll be back again next month.

Robert OBrienI called around late in the day when most locations were closed. Angela from the gales addition location in Port Angeles. Located a trailer for me, met me at the location and had me all set in minutes. I don't think better service is available anywhere. Thank you so much Angela (I think that's right) your amazing and I will be renting with you again.
James AppleLocation is at a very large, very well kept storage unit facility. It's perfect! The layout makes it easy to get to the uhaul stowage area and back to gate. I will be renting there again for any of my uhaul needs.

Matthew PenlandNobody answered the phone when we called before dropping off equipment. The 15' truck has no graduations on the fuel gauge; we picked it up at 13/16, but when we dropped it off, the attendant said it checked in at 3/4 and we got charged a fee. There is NO WAY a human eye can see that differentiation your check in computer made.

mary waiteI prepaid in full for two extra days, but this location ended up charging me for an extra day as well as extra gas even though I had filled twice before returning to get to the original value. Main issue I had was that the lady at the front desk did not check the mileage or gas-level while I was there, nor mention that per her records I was a day overdue - something I would have easily been able to clarify as I had my e-receipt. However U-Haul customer service was very understanding and helpful in reversing and refunding the excess charges.
Ravi KandaOur drop off location at the end of a very long tiring day was met with a very friendly staff. We arrive just 15 minutes before closing. I offered to fold up the blankets and she said dont worry about! I could have hugged her!
James HolstDon’t have the emailed condition report expire so quickly. Not open for Sunday pickup so Uhaul was delighted to charge me an extra day. I hope beyond all hope that a viable competitor to Uhaul emerges so I never have to deal with Uhaul again.

Dennis LawlerI reserved a truck for April 30th at 9am. When we arrived at 9am a sign said that they weren't open until 10am. We had to do some other things, so we came back at 10am and nobody was there. We called and were told that my reservation had been changed to a different store, that was out of the way. When we arrived, there was a gentleman ahead of us. The woman who was in charge was having trouble with his credit cards, so he graciously let me go ahead of him so he could call his bank. When I was doing the paperwork, she was having trouble with my cards too. She said that we could go and she would take care of it. 24 hours later at 10:02am and no one was in the office. We found her in the storage area and when we were checking out, she was still having trouble with my card, we even tried my daughter's card and it didn't work either. We were told that we had to get ahold of the U-Haul corporate office and take care of it. I called the next Monday morning and they asked me why I hadn't returned the truck. I was already charged for another days of charges. After being on hold for about two plus hours my daughter was told that someone would be calling to see what the problem was. When he called back, he was able to get things straightened out. He was able to get the 2nd charge refunded and he gave me a $50. for the inconvenience. I just want to say that the only person that wasn't rude and a pain in the butt,was the last person that got everything done in a matter of minutes. Will I do business with U-Haul again, at this point I'm not sure.

However, they are unable to provide moving supplies like boxes, tape, hand trucks, etc, despite the U-Haul website's offer to let me rent those things. I've learned to rent the truck from the airport folks but get the moving supplies elsewhere. I shouldn't have had to learn that the hard way.

John WilliamsInitially she charged me for out of town use which was $134.55 then that had to be refunded to me which took a couple days. The then church is the proper amount which was just under $60. Fortunately I had enough in that account to cover the extra. But the lady was a very friendly and apologize for her mistake. It happened over the weekend and on Monday the money was back in my account. I would definitely recommend using U-Haul to anybody.
