This site is a Shell Gas Station/Convenience Store with 2 U-Haul trucks parked on its lot. All U-Haul transactions happen remotely via the gas station/convenience store clerk’s phone, which isn’t too much of a problem when picking up the truck. But, fast forward to 8:00-8:30 AM when the truck is due for return. Andy doesn’t answer his phone. He has a full voice mailbox. One can’t leave a message. Antagonizing moments pass! All one can do is take photos of everything and walk away. NEVER RENT A U-HAUL HERE OR YOU EARNED THE HEARTBURN TO COME!!!
