Cabin was dirty with crumbs and sticky stuff. Rental contract was not set up properly, so I ended up driving to the wrong location and having to call support to get the contract configured properly with the correct location. Truck gas tank was also basically empty, dollies and furniture blankets were not already placed in the truck, and key was not in the lockbox (had to be picked up from gas station attendant).

Very unprofessional! Tank had 1 notch of gas! I couldn’t pick my original time to drop back off which was an inconvenience so I had to do next day drop off! Overall experience 2/10
