aretha sI placed my order to pick up close to my house two weeks in advance.. but the day before I was to pick up uhal called me and said I have to go 34 miles to get it . I felt like I should have been compensated somehow for this.
John TThe facility manager was exceptional. He was pleasant, professional and thorough. He is a Great Asset to your organization. His customer relations made up for the short comings of the assistant or assistant manager. The assistant or assistant manager arrived late to work, never spoke, never looked at me directly and came across like he did not want to be there.
