Hard to answer above questions as we did not actually go into the drop off the vehicles were all outside as it was after hours. The lady I spoke to in the morning was excellent at advising the vehicle was all cked in.

The service personnel had to stand outside office to get reception, the location was less than professional. The trailer's lighting system was not checked prior to our leaving.

Toni DAs a single mother of six beautiful boys and one FAS warrior who all play junior football this trailer smelled like fish and burning metal. The individual who handed us the key had eyes full of hopelessness. This muthafuckin nigga had the audacity to record a video. My son has a severe fish allergy - diagnosed anaphylactic. One could understand our concern with the fishy smell. And it leaking blood everywhere all over the street.

Nicole GWent to drop off as per contract. Contract says to drop off on AJ Towing lot. Drove onto lot as gate was open. Female employee lost her mind. Waiving wrench at us. Told us we could not return the trailer here. Was shown the contract then said she did recall it would be coming. Made us back out of the lot into a street instead of turning around in the lot. The lot was where all the other UHaul trailers were sitting. Was very rude and may have been under the influence.
