The door that had the u haul signed was locked. Someone across the road started yelling for us to come over there. The lady working was very friendly. Once documents were done, she told me that the trailer was around the corner, so I had to drive over to get it, but was stuck in between other trucks and trailers. No room to back up, so we had to pull the trailer out into the street in order to load it. Once we did this, she came over.Ensure we connected properly. Was never given a piece of paper, or anything to show proof that we had rented this.Trailer. So had we been pulled over, we would have had nothing to show .
Lenore GNo one was there when we arrived but hours on door were posted open at 9:00 am; I called UHaul and they said "they should be open." I tried texting and calling the phone number given to me, no response and "mailbox was full." Fortunately a repair shop next to AJ's was open and we got a number for someone to call, but by the grace of God, someone answered and we had to do the entire transaction over the phone/text. The guy we talked was having problems with the website and it took quite a while to get things done, he was very nice and apologetic, though. We lost about two hours to the start of our day. Not the end of the world, but not what we were hoping for.
David FWe were lost and asked 4 different people who we can speak to. Finally got someone that said dropnit off over there in the back. Then we came back around and asked for receipt. He said we don't need one, it'll be through email and he'd get to clearing us out as soon as he can.
Michelle MI picked a location where I wanted to pick up closest to where I needed the trailer the day before I picked the trailer up. It was moved the location where I picked up. The trailer was crowded in a poor area, and the gentleman did take me to the trailer, or did you want to help me hook it up?
Mike pThe truck was parked in an inconvenient pickup space. The truck said to check fuel cap as soon as I turned it on, therefore you were aware the vehicle needed a fuel cap or something else. I figured it was low on fuel since it was 1/4 of a tank when I picked it up. Got it loaded, added gas and no it was not because of low fuel. The check engine light eventually came on and luckily for me it didn’t cause issues as I had 2 kids with me. I’m sure once the gas cap is replaced the CEL will go off. The vehicle inside cab was cleaned but the cargo/back of the truck was dirty from the previous user.
Rome WHorrible service they don’t inspect trucks for gas or for damages they shouldn’t be a third party for U-Haul.

Gustavo CI wish there had been someone actually there to receive and help me unload the trailer. I had to unload the trailer and my vehicle myself without any assistance which ended up severely damaging the front bumper on my vehicle beyond repair. I would like to speak with someone at UhAul for possible compensation or resolution. I am very unhappy with the situation. My vehicle is a very expensive performance vehicle and parts do not come cheap. Please if someone could contact me for some sort of resolution, that would be greatly appreciated. 480 909 7712. Stacey BI returned my uhaul and auto transport 2 days early. As I walked up the employers (3rd party location) were leaving for the day. They told me to leave the truck and trailer behind the business. One guy let me out the keys in the desk in the office. I still attempted the online return but the app did not respond. I could not upload pictures of the odometer and gas gauge. I returned the truck and trailer at 6pm. They did not check it in until 2:30pm the next day. I contacted U-Haul right after drop off over the phone and spoke to a Maria who gave me her email address to email her my pictures. She also notated my account that I dropped off the equipment and other details as to where I left the keys and truck. This was stressful because essentially that truck and trailer was still connected to me. Dealing with U-Haul was the most stressful part of my out of state move. Will never rent from them again.
Stacey BAJ’s car care was really confusing to pick up and at drop off it was so dark. The vehicle was in very poor condition. Engine light one gears not shifting it was a very bad vehicle. Also uhaul.com very difficult to navigate, no check in check out. The rate I gave the location is mainly uhaul poor is the rate I give.

Masoka MThe service was fine but the location sucks because there is not enough room because of all the car repair businesses in the same location taking up all the room making it nearly impossible to navigate the parking lot with a trailer
James BThey could be on time I had an appointment set for 2:30 but no one was there I had to wait almost 30 minutes for her to arrive. She was very polite and respectful but it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to wait.

Rick AThe office was difficult to locate. I requested a dolly and moving blankets when I booked the truck and trailer. There was not a dolly available and i was not given moving blankets. And the price was higher than when I booked it and I'm not sure why because I was not given a printed receipt. I had to buy a dolly at Home Depot.
David FI was wrongly charged an extra day called about say they would fix it never did still waiting on my refund
Theartrie JI called to reserve a 10’ truck, I got to the location and they had already rented it out. Then I was told that I would get the 20’ truck for the price of the 10’ truck. I get my receipt and noticed, I was charged the full price of the 20’ truck. On top of that, my online receipt said $61 and some change. My card was charged over $70. I was lied to and I will never go back to this location or recommend it to anyone.

Heber Tvery poorly taken care of, there was a mummified cat where I dropped off the trailer.
Matthew Ptruck was dirty, mud in the cab and in the back. Right front tire was at 38psi (should be 90psi!!).

Jacqueline LThe U-Haul was a complete mess and I could not see out the windshield too good and I had to scrub it to see and it still needs to be scrubbed or changed and the mirrors keep dropping and I have to find a way to support them so I can see if I can change lanes it's like I got a salvage vehicle fresh off the scrap yard serious
Scott PStill have not received my $50 compensation discount for reservation sent out further away confirmed pickup area, after receiving conformation of truck reserved.
