My pickup location was changed by U-Haul to a further location. I wasn’t offered any compensation. Once I got to the new location nobody could find my truck. It was finally located and then they had to locate the keys. The whole process took way too long.

Stephen CThee was no one there to check in the trailer. The person working in the car care center didn't speak English. He called someone and she told me on the phone that she would check it in Monday and I would get an email. I never got an email yesterday. My only assurance that it was checked in is this survey.
