The person at this location did not check the truck before we took it and he did not check it when we dropped it off. Told us it was good and thank you he did not confirm drop off

Do not run at this location. The staff is not prepared, the truck is not prepared. It’s a horrible experience.
Deborah MMy pickup location was changed by U-Haul to a further location. I wasn’t offered any compensation. Once I got to the new location nobody could find my truck. It was finally located and then they had to locate the keys. The whole process took way too long.
