Very courteous service
Stephen CThee was no one there to check in the trailer. The person working in the car care center didn't speak English. He called someone and she told me on the phone that she would check it in Monday and I would get an email. I never got an email yesterday. My only assurance that it was checked in is this survey.
SCOTT MThere are no sign this was a U-Haul location. Truck was parked at angle made it hard to pull out.
Arturo MParking lot very challenging to drive through with a truck and trailer. Staff was not very welcoming and helpful. There was only one person on site that actually was helpful and he did his best with the skillet that he had.
