The truck loading area was very nasty, it was extremely wet, which smell like someone had a beer when I called the location to tell him about the back and what I observed, and he stated that he didn’t know why it was like that. I had to clean the back of the truck out because I had to load my items in because I couldn’t get a refund when moving my stuff to the new location. Boxes were wet and I was very unhappy. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The cab of the truck smelled badly. The man who rented the truck was not kind. I will not rent from this location again.
JASON MI appreciated that they gave me a 25% discount. Very friendly, easy communication, clean truck; overall great experience. I also ended up putting too much gas in when I returned it. I thought that was a loss on my part until I saw on my receipt that I was credited for the extra gas. Much appreciated. I will def return to this location for my next U-Haul rental.
