After hours dropoff so no people at site
ROBERT RI received a message more than a month after returning the rental trailer stating that I had not returned it. Bad for business when allegations of ‘theft’ (not returning a piece of equipment) of a unit when it was in fact returned well prior to ever expiration of the rental contract.
