Kenneth A.Truck good. Tow buggy had loose piece so had to go to Lytle to get another. Employees not schooled on newer cars with fob on how to put car into neutral for towing. Had problems in OK so had to go to a O'Reilly. Luckily someone there new the problem. Need to school employees on this.
rhonda D.Like I stated previously, get to the drop off, its after hours no big deal. No lights to help calm any anxiety, the uhaul key return box was broken. There was no way to prop it up to protect the keys.

Anthony P.I had the 24/7 option selected for 7:30am mobile pick-up. Once I arrived at the location, the app did not allow me to start any process and stated I had to wait until the location opened at 8:30am. I called Uhaul support and waited for over 10 minutes, thankfully an employee was at the location early and was able to give us some assistance by changing something on the computer which prompted us to begin the pick-up process. However, the process was not efficient and excessive. Why would Uhaul ask me for other people's full name and phone number to verify myself? Who thinks of that? Why take my money and accept an appointment, only to ask me for other people's info so you can text them and then call them to prove who I am? Is sending a picture of my ID not enough? You already took my money so that line of logic doesn't add up. Additionally, whenever I was finally able to speak to a rep, she did not understand the situation and was of no assistance. So after entering excessive information regarding other individuals contact information, we were finally able to get access the keys, an HOUR later. The truck wasn't clean, and it only had 1/4 of a tank of gas… that's ridiculous. Also, the truck drove terrible. It was so shaky my furniture got damaged. Uhaul is nation wide, upgrade your fleet already. The only good part about any of this, was dropping off the vehicle and speaking with somebody who was nice. Other than that, I will be sure to never use Uhaul again and make sure everybody knows how bad your business is purely based from an objective standpoint.

Sent me to Natalia Tx,50 min away for trailer then back to Pleasanton, Tx another 50 min. I had a six hr.trip. All my arrangements to unload destroyed. Worst experience of my life.

Roberto G.The trailer was just recently dropped off and it had some spiders and cockroaches in it. The facility probably didn't have time to check it before I arrived. That isn't a knock in any form. Life gets in the way. The folks were nice and respectful. Friendly and inviting. Helped get it hooked up. Only thing might be if they can be faster checking out the equipment. But that certainly isn't a deal breaker.
