out of 20 years this location was by far the worst U-Haul location I have ever dealt with. The agent had no idea what he was doing. The truck was dirty. The trucks fuel level was very low almost empty.. what should've taken maybe 10 minutes took an hour and a half. And even then it wasn't even completed. I had to call and get calls from U-Haul over the phone to finish the pick up.
