Not much room or clear drop off location area for a 24hr drop off location. The person who helped us was helpful in parking the trailer. I wish more was done on inspection as it would have made me aware that the trailer had a short and caused problems to my tow vehicle. If not addressed it will damage another vehicle and possibly cause an accident besides unnecessary repairs to the vehicle like what happened to mine.

the man that helped us was a off putting and unprofessional. There wasn't a building or office for us to go inside so we had to stand outside in a back parking lot while he played with his phone.

When we put the reservation in for 6:45 pm we were running late so I called real quickly to inform them that I was running late and he goes do you have an appointment I go yes I have one at 6:45 he then continues to say “the website can say whatever the fuck it wants you have to call to make an appointment” so then we scheduled an appointment at 9 pm that night and when headed there to pick it up he sent me a text saying “I’m in the back waiting for you” which getting that from a random number honestly is kinda concerning to me in a dark area. While going through the process of picking it up he asked me why so late notice which I found rude and none of his business. I truly think he needs to lose his U-Haul license this guy makes U-Haul look horrible.
