Patrick MWhen I went to load up my items, I noticed the entire floor of the truck and both walls were COVERED in motor oil. The attic section of the truck was filled with dirt and dried mud. I had to spend an hour cleaning before I could even load my things. Took pictures as well, including the 2 dirty mops it took to pickup all the oil. Very upsetting considering how stressful moving already is and spending money to rent the truck that I had to do all that.

Randal MLocation was to the point. No delay in rental as the nice lady at the computer knew what she was doing. Just wish they had more equipment as they are the only uhaul in the area and the next closest is 20-25 min away and that location is an absolute cluster-f that I will never return to. Other than that, they need to make sure to have a clear path to return the rentals after hours. There was a truck in the way when I returned the trailer. So, it was a tight squeeze to get back to the trailer area. Def could cause an accident if the renter isn't used to towing a trailer. No way could a uhaul truck have fit through the space.

Kathie LI purchased 2 furniture dollys and an appliance dolly and moving blankets and none of those were loaded on the truck and I was still charged for those.
Lydia MThe reservation was not set up correctly and I had to spend 2 hrs in the phone with U-Haul to even get my rental accessed.
Byron CThey worked with me since id already rented a larger truck the weekend before and got me a good rate. We hiit a couple snags, but after getting the truck back to the dropoff I was only out another $1.99.

Brian MI had reserved a dolly and was told they have not had one for 8-9 months. I was then ask if that was ok. No one went through how to use the truck. Steering wheel had 3-4 inches play. We had to sweep out the whole truck before we could use it.
